General Terms & Conditions
Splash Bros Valeting is a mobile service at your workplace or doorstep and require to work in specific conditions for Insurance purposes, and for the safety of our staff and vehicles.
Splash Bros Valeting will NOT commence work on any vehicle that is on a main road, heavily used road, or small and tight road. We will also require a safe place to plug our extension lead as a power source.
If your home address or the location you wish for the work to be carried out in has any of the above issues, please contact us first and we will work with you to make an alternative arrangement.
All secure bookings are deposit-based, and bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been paid. Deposits are paid direct to Splash Bros Valeting via bank transfer. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposit amounts differ due to location, package, and/or work needed. Within 48 hours of booking, we will gladly alter your booking to another nominated person, providing the address or location meets all other terms and conditions.
Splash Bros Valeting reserves the right to keep the deposit payment if the booking is cancelled. In the event of unprecedented traffic delays or any unexpected incidents/ emergencies, Splash Bros Valeting may have to cancel or rearrange your booking. If this is the case, it will be within 14 days of the original booking. If not, a full refund of deposit will be honoured.
If your interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit or blood etc, additional charges WILL apply. Please inform us in advance and provide us with a couple of images if possible before you book, so that we can give you a fair estimate. Should we not be aware of any of the above conditions, a price will be negotiated before any work commences.
Please remove baby seats prior to our arrival. We are also unable to refit baby seats due to insurance purposes.
Any cancellations made within 48 hours of booking date will be required to make 50% payment. No shows on the day of booking will be charged full amount and an invoice will be sent to the details provided on booking.
Services may involve travel fees for any bookings requested over 15 miles distance.
Splash Bros Valeting will not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in a vehicle whilst it is being valeted.
- The valeting times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfil the valet type.
- All vehicles are cleaned and valeted at the customers own risk.
Upon every booking you will be asked to read these terms and conditions, with doing so you agree to our terms of business. Any bookings that are made but then affected by any of the above may result in full booking charges being payable. An invoice will be sent to the billing address and email address you have provided upon booking. Failure to pay will result in legal action being taken. A missed booking is a missed wage, we will not fall victim to a loss in time or pay under any circumstances.
Maintenance Scheme Terms & Conditions
Splash Bros Valeting will only honour maintenance booked monthly (max 5 weeks). Anything over a month (5 weeks) isn’t maintenance to us.
If you have had a busy month and been off-roading, hiking, had a child be sick or an extremely unfortune accident in your car, its not a problem!
Just please contact us and let us know the issue before our agreed meet. As more time on your car we didn’t expect can cause us to be late for our next client, become unreliable and diminish the good and honest name we have built as a business.
Failure to do so will result in added charges.
